From starting her career learning probate law from an attorney with over 40 years of probate and estate planning experience to opening her own practice in 2016, Dena has established a strong reputation as a highly-skilled Florida probate and estate planning lawyer who provides effective legal services related to probate administration, trust administration, estate planning, probate litigation and trust litigation.
Dena is a licensed probate attorney who believes it is her duty and privilege to advocate for her clients and help provide an objective viewpoint to often subjective issues. She prides herself in opening lines of communication among family members to help resolve issues without immediately resorting to expensive litigation. Knowledgable experience, compassion, and efficiency are just some of Dena's strong points.
Dena grew up in Central Florida and attended law school after dedicating several years to fundraising for the nonprofit Special Olympics Florida. When Dena is not working, she loves to travel with her husband and spend time with their two boys. Currently she has visited 23 countries on 6 of the 7 continents. “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list.”
